With 19 years at Skelton’s Carpet One, Roxanne Miller brings a background in interior design, project planning, and flooring sales to every project. She holds a BA in Interior Design from Washington State University and helps clients bring their ideas to life through thoughtful, cohesive design solutions.

Roxanne believes the best design process starts with listening. She takes the time to understand each client's vision, preferences, and needs, then provides the guidance and expertise needed to make confident decisions. Her goal is to make every project feel collaborative, personalized, and enjoyable.

Outside of work, Roxanne enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, getting outdoors, practicing yoga, and hosting friends and family at home.

Eli Shubert combines hands-on experience, business knowledge, and a genuine passion for helping customers find the right flooring. With experience in both flooring installation and sales, he specializes in carpet and hard-surface flooring and enjoys helping customers find solutions that fit their space, style, and budget.

Eli believes in transparent, dependable service from the first conversation through installation and beyond. He takes pride in answering questions honestly, solving challenges, and ensuring customers know they have a knowledgeable team behind them throughout their project.

Originally from Idaho, Eli moved to the LC Valley in 2020 to play baseball at LC State and ultimately made the area his home. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children, giving baseball lessons, and playing video games with friends.
